Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo (Aug. 6-8, 2009)

As we have every year for the past 9 years, the Dancing Bean Ranch is hosting Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo Princesses during the annual rodeo. It's always a pleasure to meet and visit these talented young ladies, and we know that when you join the town of Pawnee at this spectular event, you will enjoy the fun and pagentry as much as we do. Wild West Music Fest

Don't miss Pawnee Bill's Original Wild West Show. An Oklahoma classic, this re-enactment of one of the world's most famous wild west shows is a family favorite. Follow the parade from the town square to the Pawnee Bill Ranch, where you can meet the cast members and then enjoy an old-fashioned BBQ dinner before the show begins. The Pawnee Bunkhouse Bed and Breakfast is Open For Business!

Welcome to the Pawnee Bunkhouse on the 90-acre Dancing Bean Ranch. An hour from Tulsa, and an hour and a half from Oklahoma City, we offer a quiet, private and comfortable accommodation for your mini-break. For tourists, our location is well-suited for easy day trips to sightseeing destinations, including those in Ponca City, Bartlesville, and Stillwater. And for those in town for business travel, we offer discount corporate rates for mid-week stays.

We are five minutes from the historic Pawnee Bill Mansion and Buffalo Ranch, where reenactments of the Pawnee Bill Wild West Show are staged for three weekends in June.

Our amenities include:
Spacious room with private entrance (queen bed, two twin beds).
Bath en suite.
20 x 30 foot in-ground swimming pool.
Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in room.
Continental breakfast served in room (locally grown and organic items as available).
Afternoon tea available in room (cream tea: tea and scones; coffee if you insist ).
Pets welcome, with restrictions.
Nature walk on cleared path, hikes in woods (unimproved).

Rates:
Double occupancy, $70.00 per night.
Additional guests, $12.00 per person, per night.

Special rates for off-season, mid-week, and multi-night stays.
For weekends during the Steam Engine Show, Wild West Show, or the Rodeo, deposit is required, refundable until 5 days before check-in date.
